Today I’m brewing a Lambic-style ale using two different water sources and two different electric brew kettles. When you’re out camping, you’re often relying on water sources like rivers and streams to stay hydrated. On a recent trip I started thinking - what kind of beer could I make out of this? Would I taste a difference from the water I normally use? Curious, I snagged a couple gallons and planned out a little experiment.
Now, let’s make some beer.
